OUR AGREEMENT

Chamber of Commerce invests a good faith deposit of $500 for a website and no monthly fees. The site is worth $15K annually. GPM will design and launch the new E-commerce, Directory, SEO-driven CMS website that functions in many ways like Yelp.com - View Website Samples. There is no monthly minimum quota of new clients or revenue for this partnership, and all commissions are evergreen. As long as members pay for the services we provide together, apart from membership fees, we share the revenue. The Chamber keeps 20-50% residual commissions on products, services, and bundle plans. New prospects and clients belong to the Chamber and never do business with your Whitelabel Partner Global Presence. We work privately as sub-contractors to provide sales and development/design/marketing support under the partner's company name, email, and phone number. Chambers make payments on Global Presence services before all services and products received on behalf of their clients. For example, if we provide one-page websites with ten emails for $20 per month, the Chamber commission will be $6, and Global Presence will be $14. We will provide the development and support through the support portal on the new Chamber website, while the Chamber manages the member and payments and sub-contract payments monthly.
